A refundable security deposit of $300 (weekly rentals) or $150.00 (nightly or three (3) night rentals) or $500 (monthly rentals) is required when this agreement is signed. The deposit is not applied toward the rent and will be returned to Tenant if property is left in satisfactory condition. Tenant is responsible for any damage to the premise and/or furnishings other than "normal wear and tear".

The condo is fully furnished and all "reasonable" utilities will be paid by the Landlord.
Parking is limited to two automobiles under the unit. Guest parking is available.
Landlord is not liable for any lost items, injuries/death happenings to Tenant, Tenant's family, guests in or about the property. Tenant agrees not to sue Landlord with respect of any of these matters.
