Rental Policies

~No pets
~No smoking
~A refundable security deposit of $300 (weekly rentals) or $150.00 deposit (nightly or three (3) night rentals)or $500 (monthly rentals) due within ten (10) days from the day of booking.  This deposit will be returned to tenant if the property is left in satisfactory condition.  Tenant is responsible for any damage made to premise and/or furnishings other than normal wear and tear.

~Full payment for rental must be paid two weeks prior to arrival.
~Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
~Please call for check in procedure.
~Housekeeping fee $75.00 (due with final payment)
~You are responsible for the nights that you reserve.  In the event that you cancel your reservations less than two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, your payment will not be refunded.
~Wash all dishes and put them back in the cabinet.
~When you leave, all trash must be taken to the dumpster behind #6C.
~Return beach chairs to balcony closet.
~Strip all linens from bed and place them in the bathtub.
~Remember to reset the thermostat to 60 degrees in the winter and 80 degrees in the summer.
~Turn off all lights.
~Lock all windows and doors.
~If anything is damaged or not working in the condo, please let us know.
~There is a $5 charge for missing keys.
~$15 will be charged for missing access cards.
~All items in the condo are accounted for, if anything is missing, there will a charge.
~Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, we try our best to keep them in good working order. If any appliance needs repair or breaks down, please let us know.  The owner, authorized maintenance personnel or repairmen may enter the condo during business hours to take care of repair.  We will try to take care of any problems as soon as we can, however, no rent adjustments or refunds will be made for mechanical failures.
